FCPSA is pleased to announce that it has entered into a tentative agreement with the County.

Why are Correctional Officers salaries not being increased fairly along with other classifications within the Sheriffs Department?

The FCPSA is announcing it has postponed its strike which was scheduled for May 23rd, 2022, to begin instead on June 20th 2022.

Across the board, equity increases are needed!

It is the position of the FCPSA that the County’s allegations that the Association would be engaging in an “illegal strike” are disingenuous and designed to put the Association in a negative light politically.

By now you have probably heard that the Last, Best and Final Offer issued by the County was voted down by the voting membership.

As was previously communicated, the County is sticking by its last, best and final offer.

The Association has decided to provide an opportunity for the membership to re-vote on the Last Best Final Offer which was previously voted down by the members who voted.
